The house of the politician Wanda Hamidah in Menteng, Central Jakarta, was executed today by Central Jakarta officials Satpol PP. According to police, Wanda Hamidah did not have a legal title for her home and was executed by the Central Jakarta provincial government.
Central Metro Police Chief Jaya Kombes Komarudin said the house was occupied by the family Wanda Hamidah standing on government assets. Wanda is said to have only a residence permit. In this case, the police only assist security.
“So there is an overlap. The land is a local government resource. So the old owner (Wanda Hamidah) only held SIP (work permit) since 1979, if I’m not mistaken then there were domestic orders that only used SIP. “Komarudin said when contacted on Thursday (13/10/2022).

Komarudin said that SIP belongs to Wanda Hamidah declared invalid since 2012. The central Jakarta city government therefore made efforts to control Wanda Hamidah’s home.
“Because the person concerned only pocketed the SIP and was dead since 2012,” explained Komarudin.
According to Komarudin, the execution process started at 09:00 WIB earlier. The execution lasted three hours.
Komarudin admitted that there was a moment of discussion on the spot. However, his party ensured that no damage would occur from the execution process of Wanda Hamidah’s home.
“There was a moment of debate before, yes, the old owner and the government. The government explained that they were registered as squatters or something as they lived there for decades and only had SIP, not a certificate of ownership,” Komarudin explained.
