Reasons for Rizky Febian to Report Tedy Pardiyana to the Police

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – Power of law Rizky Febian, Ferry Hudaya, revealed the reason his client reported it So Pardiyana to the West Java Regional Police.

Ferry said that Tedy had absolutely no good intentions to return the assets belonging to the deceased Lina Jubaedah to Rizky Febian.

In fact, said Ferry, Rizky Febian had given Tedy several weeks to collect all the assets he said were not his rights.

“Until now, there are several assets still being sought, he said. No news from March 1-7, until March 14 there was no news, until 20s there was no, (so) we took legal action. In my opinion there was no good faith. , “said Ferry when contacted by reporters, Thursday (25/3/2021).

“If there is good faith, only some will be submitted, others if they are still being sought, they will talk about it. Until now, the documents are still under Mr. Tedy ‘s control,” said Ferry continued.

Apart from Ferry, to Kompas.com, the Head of Public Relations of the West Java Regional Police, Konbes Pol Erdi Adrimulan Chaniago, also confirmed a case report on the alleged embezzlement of these assets.

Ferry has not been able to confirm the total number of assets owned by Lina Jubaedah in Tedy hands.

He only made sure that until now Rizky Febian had not yet held any assets from his father’s hand.

“What is clear is that there are billions of rupiah Rizky Febian, this is not clear until now. We are asking where is this? The problem is he or she does not work, does not interfere,” said Ferry.

As previously reported, Ferry revealed that Tedy Pardiyana asked for Rp. 750 million to settle Lina Jubaedah’s inheritance.

During the meeting, Tedy promised not to bring up the inheritance again to Rizky Febian if the request for Rp. 750 million was fulfilled.

“Finally, brother Tedy understood and promised not to bring up the matter of inheritance again by asking for money for Bintang’s younger brother of Rp. 500 million,” Ferry said when contacted by the media crew, Tuesday (9/3/2021).

Meanwhile, the remaining Rp. 250 million was requested for purposes related to the late Lina Jubaedah’s promise to pay for the Umrah for six of her family.

There are a number of Rizky Febian’s assets that are currently in the hands of Tedy after Lina Jubaedah passed away.

One of them is a boarding house located in Bandung, West Java.

The singer of the song “Mantra Cinta” asked Tedy to return all certificates of the asset.

The boarding house was apparently built by Lina Jubaedah using Rizky Febian’s income when she started her career as a singer.

However, Tedy Pardiyana asked for one week to collect all the certificates requested.

“In essence, they asked for another week because there were some assets whose certificates had not been found,” said Ferry.
