On the other hand, the Chairman of PDIP DPP Ronny Tallapessy hopes that the decision of the panel of judges can be based on three things, that is, justice, legal certainty and relevance.

“These three things are a unit that cannot be separated when the judging panel comes to a decision,” Ronny said when contacted on Thursday.

In the main case, PDIP asked the Jakarta PTUN panel of judges to cancel the KPU’s decision regarding the appointment of Prabowo-Gibran. In addition, the panel of judges was asked to order the KPU to revoke KPU Order 360/2024 regarding the results of the 2024 Presidential Election and General Election.
