Facebook reportedly plans to change its name next week to reflect its focus on building the Metaverse.
Facebook’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Mark Zuckerberg said the name change was planned to be announced at the annual Connect conference on October 28.
However, this announcement could be sooner which is meant to signal the tech giant’s ambition to be known as more than just a social media company.
