Jakarta, Selular.ID – Realme X7 Max was scheduled to arrive in early May however, had to be delayed due to the Covid-19 outbreak in India. It seems that Realme is ready to launch their latest product after being delayed. Realme X7 Max will be present on May 31.
The device will come as the Realme X7 Max, but as per the leaks, it is the rebranded Realme GT Neo. Today, new details have emerged ahead of the launch. Apparently, Realme has partnered with Flipkart to make the e-commerce platform an exclusive channel where shoppers will buy new premium mid-range smartphones.
Since the Realme X7 Max comes as a rebranded Realme GT Neo. This handset will pack a MediaTek Dimensity 1200 SoC which has a pedigree of flagships. This chip has a Cortex-A78 core clocked at up to 3.0GHz, three ARM Cortex-A78 cores clocked at up to 2.6GHz, and four ARM Cortex-A55 cores clocked at up to 2.4GHz.
It is a 6nm chipset which provides power efficiency one level ahead of 7nm+ chips. Horsepower is equipped with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of Internal Storage. This is the maximum option you can choose for the GT Neo, the variants may be different on the X7 Max case.
The Realme X7 Max will flaunt a 6.43-inch FHD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate. This is an AMOLED panel with the full DCI-P3 color gamut and up to 1,000 nits of peak brightness. In case you were wondering, this is a punch-hole display with a 16MP selfie camera on the top left.
The fingerprint is hidden under the screen. Moving to the back, we have a triple camera setup. It consists of a 64MP main camera, an 8MP ultra-wide angle unit, and a 2MP macro shooter.
The smartphone is powered by a massive 4,500mAh battery with 50W fast charging. It is estimated to be able to offer 50 percent power in just 16 minutes. Of course, Realme can increase its battery capacity to make this device more attractive as a “Max” smartphone.
Reports suggest that the Realme X7 Max 5G will come under a price tag of INR 30,000 (<$412) which makes it a very attractive smartphone.
This will be one of the flagship chipsets, capable cameras, and 5G connectivity at an affordable price. There may even be a more affordable option with 8GB RAM and 128GB Internal Storage.
