Realme X50 Pro Player: a gaming version for the flagship of Realme

Realme wanted a conference on May 25 to introduce new products. Among them, a “new” smartphone called the X50 Pro Player – a model that is none other than a focused version gaming Realme X50 Pro 5G.

The technical sheet therefore does not change much. We find the Snapdragon 865, 5G connectivity or the 6.4 inch panel with a refresh rate at 90 Hz. The 4,200 mAh battery with fast charging at 65 W is still present. It is from the point of view of the photo that the product changes the most. The main sensor goes from 64 to 48 megapixels and the telephoto lens disappears in favor of a 2 megapixel macro module. At the front, the two sensors go from 32 + 8 megapixels to 16 + 2 megapixels.

In terms of performance, the X50 Pro Player seems to be still as excellent as the X50 Pro 5G. To accentuate the appearance gaming of the product, Realme has increased the heat dissipation of its smartphone. Graphene sheets were thus added between the accumulator and the rear shell to help the model to fight against overheating. Side interface and software, the HyperBoost goes to version 3.0 and brings some options. For example, it will be able to switch between different networks (Wi-Fi, 4G or even 5G) without latency and without loss of connection in case you play online.

The good news with this “almost new” model is that it is offered a little cheaper than the X50 Pro 5G. Indeed, in China, its starting price is ¥ 3,299 in 8 + 128 GB and goes to ¥ 3,599 for 12 + 128 GB. As a reminder, the X50 Pro 5G starts at ¥ 3,399 and reaches ¥ 3,799 . So far, no outings from the Middle Kingdom have been reported. Sales will open on June 1.
