Regarding the issue of intellectual property rights, Nokia sued the Realme company

The news about Realme’s departure has shocked the people in Germany. Investigating the departure of the brand from BBK Group was motivated by a lawsuit filed by the Nokia brand, in which the company demanded that Realme pay for a license to use patented technology by a company known for its rhino cellphones.

The same thing was done by Vivo, which is under the parent company of the same company, choosing to stop marketing their mobile phones, since then neither Vivo, Realme, nor parts of BBK are no longer available and their official website can no longer be accessed.

The problem started when Realme was releasing their Smartphone lineup Realme 11 Pro and 11 Pro + photos from Realmecom

This problem started not long after Realme released their two newest cellphones, Realme 11 Pro and 11 Pro+. Since the decision was issued, it has not been clear what will happen to one of BBK’s subsidiaries in the European Union market. This is not the first time that Realme has faced such demands, it was previously something similar when Realme marketed its phones in India. However, Realme remains optimistic that their cellphones will still be marketed there.

But behind it all, Nokia is a brand where all intellectual property rights are so strictly protected and he has filed a lawsuit several times over the years even though there has been no response.

So what are the next actions of one of the BBK subsidiary companies after both their pre- and post-sales are discontinued, it is known that Realme will shift their budget to other European countries that are still selling their products such as Spain to strengthen their market in the European Union considering that the European Union has market prospects and enthusiasm pretty high there.

Even so, after the service termination, Realme will continue to receive support and repair services. It should be noted that in Germany you can only receive service but sales of their phones have officially been discontinued.
