realme GT Neo 5 dazzles with 240W charging and notification LED

Realme GT Neo 5 has been speculated for quite some time and now the company has finally officially presented it. It is a truly uncompromising device that, in addition to brutal performance, a great display and solid cameras, also boasts extremely fast charging.

Let’s stop at the display. The company certainly didn’t skimp on him. It is about 6.74-inch 10-bit AMOLED panel with a resolution of 2772 x 1240 pixels and a refresh rate of 144 Hz. It goes without saying that it supports HDR10+ and also provides 100% coverage of the DCI-P3 color space. It is disturbed by a shot with a selfie camera from Samsung with a resolution of 16 Mpx. There is a sensor on the back Sony IMX890 with a resolution of 50 Mpx, optical stabilization and f/1.9 aperture. There is an 8 Mpx ultra-wide sensor and a 2 Mpx macro camera, let’s not count on the telephoto lens. On the contrary, it pleases RGB LED, which you can use as a notification diode. It is also customizable, so you can set a different color for each application.

Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen1 it still belongs to the absolute top, and in combination with up to 16 GB of RAM and 256 GB or 1 TB of storage, it is an uncompromising piece of equipment. But the most interesting element is definitely charging, or rather its speed. The company presented two versions, one with 150W and the other with 240W charging. Battery capacities also differ. While she “weaker” it has a charging capacity of 5000 mAh, the more powerful one has 4600 mAh.

Of course, the package also includes a charging adapter and in the case of the 240W version charge your phone to 20% in just 80 seconds. You will then reach 50% in 4 minutes and 100% in less than 10 minutes. The company further declared that even after 1600 charging cycles, the phone retains at least 80% of its original capacitywhich in practice is enough for about 4 years of normal use.

The phone will be available in white, black and purple versions, with the price of the 240W variant starting at about 10,300 crowns without tax. The less powerful 150W variant even costs 8,100 crowns without tax. But it can be assumed that if the phones reach us, they will be much more expensive.
