Realme 8 Specifications Revealed, Will Use AMOLED Screen

Jakarta

Realme recently revealed details about the 108 MP camera that will be used Realme 8 Pro. Even though they haven’t given a launch date for their newest cellphone, Realme has leaked the specifications Realme 8 the non-Pro version itself.

This leak came from Realme India and Europe CEO Madhav Sheth through a photo he shared on Twitter. In the photo taken using the 108 MP Realme 8 Pro camera, you can see the back of the Realme 8 Pro, and the two sales boxes for Realme 8.

From the text on the sales box, it is written that the Realme 8 will use a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED display. This marks the first time this mid-range line of cellphones uses an AMOLED panel.

Previously, Realme 7 used an IPS LCD panel with a refresh rate of 90Hz. Because it is not written on the sales box, it is possible that the Realme 8 screen only has a standard 60Hz refresh rate, as quoted from Gizmochina, Thursday (4/3/2021).

Realme 8 It will also use the same chipset as its predecessor, the MediaTek Helio G95. Other features that are also inherited from the Realme 7 are the 5,000 mAh battery and 30W Dart Charge fast charging.

If the Pro variant will be the first Realme phone to carry a 108 MP camera, the regular version of the Realme 8 will have to settle for a 64 MP main camera. In total, this phone has four rear cameras arranged in a box-shaped module.

There is also the Android logo at the bottom of the box, but it doesn’t say which version to use. Hopefully Realme 8 launches immediately with Android 11.

Not yet known when Realme 8 series will be launched. But if Realme has opened things up like this, the launch will definitely not be long.
