Quoting the Daily Dot (11/15), a TikTok user who calls himself marcupialfrog recounts an unfortunate incident while working as a food delivery man. One day she received an order to deliver a package of fried chicken from a store in the United States.

When given the order, marcupialfrog goes about its business as normal. Check the order, go to the restaurant and deliver the customer’s food once it’s prepared.

There was no suspicion that he had made that order. But a notification actually surprised him when he was right at his client’s doorstep.

It turned out that the customer had canceled his order 2 minutes before his arrival. “Could someone explain to me why someone would order Uber Eats for 30 minutes, leave a good tip but cancel after I’d be there in 2 minutes?” said marcupialfrog.

He also said that even though the order was canceled he still knocked on the door and showed his customer’s food order. Marcupialfrog boldly reprimanded the customer who felt he was fooling himself with ordering fried chicken.

“So the delivery man, that is me, has to answer that everything is fine. I will take all your messages with you. Why do you dare to waste this food?” marcupialfrog said to his client.

The irresponsible customer is said to have made himself feel like a tiger that had just been hunted and visited his friend to give news. Many netizens got excited after hearing the story.

“They seem to be hoping you don’t see the cancellation because you’re traveling,” said one netizen.
