Majid Al Futtaim Group has confirmed that it did not claim the rent from the tenants in all its shopping centers during the closure period imposed by the Egyptian government for their stores, and this is in order to counter the spread of the Corona virus emerging as a benefit 19.

Majid Al Futtaim Group responded about this and said it is doing work to help the tenants reduce costs and that working capital is preserved during the temporary closure of the shopping centers in the country after the curfew was imposed.

Majid Al Futtaim Group said that consumers can still access all basic commodities in Carrefour stores and in all of Majid Al Futtaim’s pharmacies, which are located in shopping centers, and stressed that we are committed to ensuring the health and safety of customers, employees and tenants.
We are also continuing to follow the highest standards of health and safety in all establishments and we hope that we welcome all our valued customers again, within the affiliated shopping centers after lifting the curfew on the country that the government imposed, especially for the shopping centers.
