Realization of BTN Subsidized KPR Translucent 31,000 Units

JAKARTA, – PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk continues to spur the realization of housing loans (KPR) Subsidy.

This is in line with the company’s commitment to support the One Million Houses Program initiated by President Joko Widodo through the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR).

Until mid -April 2021, Bank BTN recorded to have realized disbursement KPR Subsidies for more than 31,000 homes.

Direktur Consumer and Commercial Banking Bank BTN Hirwandi Gafar said the demand for housing finance in 2021 began to show an increase, following various government policies to boost the national economy.

According to him, to take advantage of various positive stimuli from the government, Bank BTN also continues to innovate to optimize distribution Subsidized KPR.

“Various innovations held by Bank BTN have also shown positive achievements,” said Hirwandi in his statement received, Sunday (18/04/2021).

Since the pandemic began in early 2020 to mid-April 2021, BTN has been recorded distributing subsidized KPR both conventional and sharia schemes for more than 153,000 houses valued at IDR 21.5 trillion.

There are various subsidized KPR products for low-income people (MBR), namely Subsidized KPR with the Housing Financing Liquidity Facility (FLPP) and Interest Difference Subsidy (SSB) with an interest rate of 5 percent. fix rate or fixed for up to 20 years.

In addition, there is a Savings-Based Housing Financing Assistance KPR (BP2BT) with down payment assistance of up to IDR 40 million.

For information, until December 2020, BBTN still occupies the top position in the subsidized mortgage market share.

The bank, formerly known as Bank Tabungan Pos, was recorded to dominate the subsidized mortgage market by 87 percent at the end of last year.
