Barbora Stříteská and Marek Valášek alias Datel are beyond happy. The couple welcomed their first child into the world.
Barbora Stříteská and Datel met during the filming of a reality show Like House. Marek Valášek had another girlfriend at the time, but he eventually left her and started a new relationship with Bára because a strong spark jumped between them. Few people gave them a chance in the beginning, but they proved to everyone that they were serious about each other.

At the beginning of September last year, they announced to the world that they were expecting a child together. “We would like to announce with pleasure that we are expecting a baby,” Datel wrote on his Instagram profile at the time. “As you know, Barča and I started trying for a child at the beginning of this year. And finally we succeeded and we are very happy because it is planned,” the YouTuber added.

A baby boy was born to them
Although they didn’t want to reveal the gender at first, they later changed their minds and announced to the world that they were expecting a boy. “Whether it’s a boy or a girl, we will love him/her as much as possible and try to give him/her the best life he/she can have. We’re taking it really seriously and preparing to be the best parents we can be, giving our child as much love as possible,” the couple wrote in a post announcing the pregnancy on social media.

Now they have welcomed their first child into the world and it is clear that they are experiencing some of the happiest moments of their lives. Datel shared videos and photos from the hospital a few hours before the birth. Bara was in labor and so they agreed with the maternity hospital to induce labor. The delighted almost father wanted to stay by her side for the night as well, unfortunately there were no free rooms, so he managed to leave to work out in the gym and came back at night with a lot of goodies for Barča. He then went to sleep with a friend so that he could stay in Prague and close to the maternity hospital. At that moment, the waiting must have seemed endless to both Bára and Datl, and they were both looking forward to holding their son together for the first time. Little did they know that they would have to wait almost the whole next day.
On the evening of March 2, Datel already shared a photo in his Instagram story where he is holding his son and the brave Barča is standing next to them. “Barča and Malej are going to rest today, we will hear from you tomorrow, we are curious what you will say about the name,” the proud father kept a little secret for now. Hopefully, Datel will soon get his life together and settle his debts so that he can be the best possible role model and father for his son.
