For example, Willi Herren’s former insolvency administrator is demanding over 200,000 euros from her “because on the advice of Willi’s tax advisor I founded the company SE Starkton Event UG and then managed it for four months, through which fees were processed during Willi’s insolvency.” Jasmin Herren has lodged an objection against the claim.
The Cologne tax office is also making claims, to which the reality actress explains: “They are demanding an additional tax payment of 50,000 euros for business for 2017, even though I have never run a business but am a freelance artist.”
For Jasmin Herren, the insolvency proceedings are also an opportunity to get out of the situation. “I’m not holding out for Willi, but I’m dealing with the aftermath of our marriage,” she clarifies.
What Jasmin Herren is planning now
And: She is also allowed to keep some of the money she earns – “because I have a deductible of around 1,500 euros”. She also already has a plan to get back into the black as quickly as possible.

Sarah Kern was just seen with management consultant Tobias Pankow in the “Sommerhaus der Stars”, but the two are no longer a couple. Their separation became known last October.
Jasmin Herren states that she has never run a business, yet faces a €50,000 tax demand from the Cologne tax office. What are her plans to resolve this discrepancy, and does she intend to seek legal counsel?
## Interview with Jasmin Herren
**World-Today-News Exclusive**
**World-Today-News:** Jasmin, thank you for speaking with us today. The news of your insolvency has shocked many. Can you shed some light on the situation?
**Jasmin Herren:** Thank you for having me. It’s true, it’s been a difficult time. My financial situation is a complex one, intertwined with the aftermath of my marriage to Willi. I never personally incurred debt, but I am now responsible for burdens accrued during our marriage.
**World-Today-News:** The figure of €400,000 is substantial. Can you elaborate on the nature of these debts?
**Jasmin Herren:** There are several creditors. One significant claim stems from Willi’s previous insolvency. The administrator is seeking over €200,000, citing my involvement in a company that processed fees during Willi’s insolvency. I have lodged an objection, as I believe this claim is unjustified.
**World-Today-News:** You also mention a claim from the Cologne tax office.
**Jasmin Herren:** Yes. They are demanding an additional €50,000 in taxes for business income in 2017. This is frankly baffling, as I have never run a business. I am a freelance artist.
**World-Today-News:** Despite these challenges, you seem remarkably optimistic. What are your plans moving forward?
**Jasmin Herren:** This situation, while difficult, is also an opportunity for a fresh start. The insolvency proceedings allow me to restructure my finances and address these lingering issues from the past. I am allowed to keep a portion of my earnings, around €1,500, which will help me make ends meet.
Furthermore, I am actively pursuing various projects. I am developing new music and exploring opportunities in television. My goal is to regain my financial stability and continue pursuing my passions creatively.
**World-Today-News:** It’s inspiring to see your resilience. Do you have any message for your fans and supporters during this time?
**Jasmin Herren:**
I want to thank everyone for their understanding and support. This is a personal struggle, but it doesn’t define me. I am determined to overcome this obstacle and emerge stronger.
**World-Today-News:** Jasmin, thank you for your candor and honesty. We wish you all the best in your endeavors.
**Jasmin Herren:** Thank you.
