CD Tenerife is working on closing its long ‘exit operation’ in the next few hours. After specifying the return of Naranjo to AEK Larnaca and the transfers of Undabarrena (Sabadell), Isma López (Dínamo de Bucharest) and Carlos Abad (Deportivo de La Coruña), the club outlines the details of the loan of Nahuel Leiva to Real Oviedo.
The Heliodoro offices are optimistic. Sources close to the negotiation point to the SER that “it is very likely” that the operation to relocate the South American attacker, which came from the hand of the previous sports director, Víctor Moreno. His successor, Juan Carlos Cordero, has made it clear that he is counting on Nahuel’s dismissal, on the one hand because he prefers another footballer profile for his demarcation and on the other, because of his high salary. “It hurts us”, has come to say of his high record.
