Oviedo’s plans were turned upside down at the beginning of the month, when a League circular urged the First and Second clubs to readjust their budgets. The money from the ticket offices and tickets went from 55% of last season to zero, except income that can be credited and are not refundable. But the League keeps the door open for negotiation. And in those is Oviedo with the employers, trying to establish the final salary cap that establishes how much money the team can invest in signings. The conversations between the parties are fluid.
