It’s been three years, Real Madrid fighting to get Kylian Mbappe. However, PSG can always retain the player.
Now, Mbappe’s contract is in PSG will expire in the summer of 2024. Madrid once again hopes that later they can recruit the striker.
Jose Manuel Otero, Real Madrid Board Member, admitted that Los Blancos almost got it Kylian Mbappe last summer. PSG set a high price, plus there are still several costs that Madrid still has to pay.
“Mbappe had to give up a very high bonus if he joined Madrid last summer. Apart from that, we still have to pay a number of fees,” he explained as quoted by Tribune.

“If we take the wrong step regarding Mbappe, PSG will try to react and we know very well what they will do,” added Otero.
