Real Madrid twice fought back from a goal down before Bellingham scored the winner at the far post from around six yards out to beat the champions for the fourth time in a row.
The result left Barça, second placed, 11 points behind the leader with six games left.
Barça took the lead in the sixth minute when Andreas Christensen headed in from a corner after Real goalkeeper Andriy Lunin failed to clear the cross from his six-yard box.
Vinicius Jr equalized 12 minutes after a penalty after a foul on Lucas Vázquez inside the area.
Wasteful Real dominated the second half but wasted several opportunities and allowed substitute Fermín López to give the visitors the lead again in the 69th minute with a rebound, but Real counterattacked with a Lucas Vázquez volley four minutes later.
Real Madrid continued to press for another goal and their perseverance paid off in added time when Vázquez ran down the right channel and crossed to Bellingham, who fired home the winning goal.
