Florentino Perez has apparently managed a real coup that at least gives Real Madrid some security in the midst of the corona crisis and the fluctuating economic situation.
As the Spanish online newspaper Vozpopuli reports, the Blancos are putting the marketing of the Bernabeu in the hands of the North American company Legends. An agreement for 25 years of cooperation is said to have already been reached. Legends will contribute in the form of marketing services.

The American company is said to promise total sales of around 400 to 440 million euros per year from the marketing of the Bernabeu. As part of this, various events and activities are planned almost every day (concerts, shops, restaurants, etc.). That figure contrasts with the €150m the club was making annually from its stadium before the pandemic.
To finance all the infrastructure work inside and outside the Bernabeu, Los Blancos have taken out a loan of around €1bn including interest, to be repaid over a period of 25-30 years.
