Real estate transactions at the Dubai Land Department amounted to more than 9.8 billion dirhams within a week, as the department witnessed the recording of 3,543 sales worth 7.29 billion dirhams, including 197 sales of land worth 1.61 billion dirhams and 2,572 sales of apartments and villas worth 5.68 billion dirhams.
The most important land sales amounted to 120.32 million dirhams in the Warsan 4th area, followed by a sale amounting to 78.86 million dirhams in the Al Barsha South 3rd area, followed by a sale amounting to 54 million dirhams in the Wadi Al Safa 3 area.
Hind City 4 topped the regions in terms of the number of sales, recording 77 sales worth 199.72 million dirhams, followed by Al Habiyah 5, recording 30 sales worth 136.08 million dirhams, and a third in Jebel Ali 1, recording 11 sales worth 51.65 million dirhams.
As for the most important sales of apartments and villas, a sale worth 140.45 million dirhams came in the Island 2 area as the most important sale, followed by a sale worth 119 million dirhams in the Jumeirah 1 area, and finally a sale worth 80 million dirhams in the Al Sufouh 2 area.
The Dubai Maritime City area topped the areas in terms of the number of apartment and villa sales, recording 351 sales worth 623.75 million dirhams, followed by Al Barsha South Fourth area, recording 219 sales worth 286.39 million dirhams, and third in Business Bay, recording 145 sales worth 245.78 million dirhams.
The value of mortgages was recorded at 1.8 billion dirhams, including 92 land mortgages worth 642.88 million dirhams and 547 mortgages on villas and apartments worth 1.16 billion dirhams, the most important of which was in the Wadi Al Safa 3 area worth 175.35 million dirhams and another in the Al Khawaneej 1 area worth 156.6 million dirhams.
As for donations, 135 donations were recorded, worth 725.04 million dirhams, the most important of which was in the Al Barsha South Fourth area, worth 132.61 million dirhams, and another in the Business Bay area, worth 97.74 million dirhams.
