Real estate transactions at the Dubai Land Department during the past week amounted to more than 11.7 billion dirhams.

The weekly dispositions report issued by the department yesterday stated that 1,655 sales were recorded, worth 8.75 billion dirhams, including 277 sales of lands, worth 5.15 billion dirhams, and 1,378 sales of apartments and villas, worth 3.6 billion dirhams, while mortgages were recorded at 2.34 billion dirhams, and 128 donations were recorded, worth 624.74 million dirhams. . The Dubai Maritime City area recorded the two most important land sales, the first for a value of 505.94 million dirhams, and the second for 347.45 million dirhams, followed by a sale for a value of 180 million dirhams in the Burj Khalifa area.

“Palm Jebel Ali” topped the regions in terms of the number of sales, recording 92 sales worth 2.15 billion dirhams, followed by the “Hind City 4” area, recording 46 sales worth 79.58 million dirhams, and third in the Al Habiyah 5 area, recording 31 sales worth 163.18 million dirhams.

As for the most important sales of apartments and villas, a sale amounting to 112.5 million dirhams was in the Palm Jumeirah area as the most important sale, followed by two sales in the first Zabeel area, the first sale was worth 106.75 million dirhams, and the second was worth 103.25 million dirhams.

“Al Barsha South Fourth” topped the regions in terms of the number of apartment and villa sales, recording 120 sales worth 106.59 million dirhams, followed by the Burj Khalifa area, recording 109 sales worth 391.71 million dirhams, and third in “Business Bay” recording 108 sales worth 189.38 million dirhams.
