Real Estate Scams in the United States: Study Reveals Alarming Trends

The readers of Mail of the Americas know that since 2015 we have regularly mentioned cases of real estate scams in the United States, most of the time on land (just about everywhere) or very inexpensive houses (compared to the rest of the market) which are often for their part in the “Rust Belt” (north/northeast of the USA).

This time it is Sylvain Perret, from the company “Objective USA”, who has just published a complete and detailed study on the subject, which we think is important to relay here because to our knowledge there are thousands of victims: French , Belgians, Canadians, but not as many complaints, because the money to be recovered is often lower than the costs that legal proceedings would generate.
