Prices increase over one year in Saint-Germain-en-Laye

From her vantage point, Corinne Joly, president of Pap.fr, notes the growing appetite for houses in the Ile-de-France region. “Today, the address is a less important criterion than the living environment” she remarks.

Prices on the rise in Yvelines

The hybrid price (apartments and houses combined) amounted to 4,202 euros on April 1, 2021, according to Best Agents. In this Ile-de-France region, investing in an apartment costs on average 4,631 euros per m².

Over three months, prices there almost stagnated at + 0.2%. Over the past twelve months, price increase by 1.4%.
