One of the real estate men is Edwin Jansen, writes NRC. Jansen is known as a jury member of Idols and as the former manager of singer Anouk.
Jansen, together with Michel Zaadhof, is director of real estate company NU Projectontwikkeling. Until last year, Zaadhof was a board member of the Hague political party Groep de Mos, where Richard de Mos was the big man.

Parking garage
NU Projectontwikkeling sold a parking garage to the municipality of The Hague last year. Sources surrounding the investigation let the newspaper know that De Mos has shared confidential information about the garage with the project developer. The former alderman himself says that he had ‘nothing to do’ with the sale of the parking garage.

The real estate agents, in turn, are suspected of transferring “cash deposits, website creation payments, promotional videos, and an election campaign,” the newspaper wrote. Both De Mos and the real estate company call these donations.
Criminal organization
De Mos, Guernaoui, Jansen and Zaadhof, together with someone else from the real estate company, are seen by the Public Prosecution Service as a criminal organization. De Mos calls this character murder.
