Offenbach ⋅ Around 988,000 euros were due in Offenbach in 2022 for a detached one- or two-family house built in 2010 with 160 square meters of living space on a 500 square meter plot. A year before, the house would have been available for around 55,000 euros less. This emerges from the 2023 real estate market report for the city of Offenbach. The independent expert committee has prepared and now presented the report, which looks at developments over the course of 2022.
A terraced house or a semi-detached house of the same year on a 300 square meter plot and with 120 square meters of living space would have been available for 730,000 euros in 2022, and in 2021 it would have been 58,000 euros cheaper. At least in terms of purchase, buying a house would have been significantly cheaper if prospective buyers had opted for an older house – built around 1965. Then last year you would have had to pay 535,000 euros for a detached house as described above and 442,000 euros for a terraced house or a semi-detached house, as can be seen from the real estate report. But houses that are almost 60 years old have also become significantly more expensive last year compared to 2021: the free-standing house has become more expensive by 75,000 euros, the terraced house or semi-detached house by more than 30,000 euros.
