Leemo, a subsidiary of the Foncia group, has published the second edition of its digital barometer of new real estate. According to this quarterly barometer, Rennes confirms that it is one of the most attractive metropolises in France in new real estate.

If the metropolis of Greater Paris closes the year 2020 with an increase of + 13.9% and holds the national record for the average price per square meter (€ 7,075 / m²), Rennes (+ 8%) ends up in the top 3 the largest increases in new property prices behind Lyon (+ 8.1%).
€ 4,725 per m² in Rennes on average
The average price in new real estate now stands at € 4,725 / m² in Rennes, according to Leemo. It is 4,704 € / m² in Lyon. New property is also doing very well in Nantes, with an increase of 7.9% over one year and an average price of € 4,650 / m².
