Real estate in Paris: along line 9 of the metro, prices witness the gentrification of the capital

Line 9 of the metro, between Pont-de-Sèvres and Mairie-de-Montreuil, connects two socially very opposite sectors, the bourgeois districts of western Paris, in Boulogne-Billancourt (Hauts-de-Seine) and the popular districts from the east, in the process of gentrification, with an arrival in Montreuil in the east (Seine-Saint-Denis). The price curve that follows it is the most linear of all the metro lines according to the study carried out by Best Agents, the real estate valuation site. Except for the passage from the 16th to the 8th, towards Alma-Marceau where the price per square meter increases by 2000 euros in two stations, the evolution is very gradual.
