The two largest cities of Eure-et-Loir are very popular when it comes to real estate. The repeated confinements are certainly not for nothing: urbanites want to buy in medium-sized cities.
Chartres and Dreux (Eure-et-Loir) are both located about an hour from Paris, by car or train. An ideal location for city dwellers who want to find a cozy nest close to the capital, but which offers significant living comfort.
Dreux in pole position, Chartres follows closely
The site Seloger.com publishes a ranking of medium-sized cities “to watch closely” for the years to come. According to real estate professionals, these two towns of Eure-et-Loir “Will see new constructions jump in the next two years”.
Dreux is located in first position in this top 10, Chartres offers itself a (beautiful) fourth place. The two cities are trending in the searches of Internet users looking to acquire new real estate.
An increase in building permit applications
According to the website, future owners rather want small lots, “from 300 to 500 m2”.
