Only the L’Isle-Adam area recorded a very slight decline with -0.8% and the trend is slightly stabilizing in Éragny (+ 0.8%). In the most popular cities it exceeds 6,000 euros / m² in Enghien les Bains and 4500 euros in Montmorency, Eaubonne, Saint-Gratien or Cormeilles-en-Parisis.
