Books stimulate the imagination, present various characters, offer different worlds that children will have access to with the presence of an adult.
Marie-Hélène Marcoux will talk about the particularities of primers, illustrated books, textless albums and will show some examples from Quebec literature. Strategies for bringing these works to life in children’s daily lives, at home or in kindergarten, will also be presented.
