2. وِۙالْقُرْاٰنِ الْحَكِيْمِۙ
wal-qur`ānil-ḥakīm
By the Wise Qur’an,
3. اَّنَّكَ لَمِنَ الْمُرْسَلِيْنَۙ
innaka laminal-mursalīn
Lo! thou art of the Messengers,
–
