Just one day before the celebration of the 2022 Michelin Guide gala in Spain and Portugal -the date on which we will know the name of the winners of the new stars-, we leave you the result of our usual cheer. Readers speak.
Tomorrow, December 14, in Valencia, the 2022 Michelin Guide gala for Spain and Portugal will be held at 8:00 p.m. It will be then when we know the definitive result of the new winners by the stars. Meanwhile, the readers who voted in our pool have already placed their bets. Will they be right? These are the results.
Our voters predict that the candidates to win a star are: Arroceria Maribel (Valencia), Auga e Sal (Santiago de Compostela), B-nomio (Cáceres), Ca l’Amador (Josa del Cadí), Can Simoneta (Capdepera), Cañitas Maite (Casas-Ibáñez), Casa Elena (Barcelona), La Casona del Judío (Santander), Ceibe (Ourense), Espacio Montoro (Alicante), Gente Rara (Zaragoza), La Antxoeta (Málaga), La Era (Ibiza) , Ment By Oscar calleja (Salamanca), Smoked Room (Madrid), Dromo (Badajoz), Kaleja (Málaga) and Lera (Castrovede de Campos).
As for the third star, the ten restaurants with the highest percentages are: Atrio, Enjoy, Mugaritz, Noor, Coque, Ricard Camarena, Culler de Pau, Casa Marcial, Bardal and Bo.Tic. We’ll see if our readers are right.
Regarding the second star, the ten most applauded restaurants in the voting were: Refectorio, ABarra, Choco, Voro, Pepe Vieira, Bagá, Can Cook; Lú, Kitchen and Soul; Etxebarri, Iván Cerdeño and Tula.
The truth is that, as in other years, the rumor mill has been pointing to several names for days, this year, the corridors contain their voices and the shine of the new winners barely shines in the mouths of the commentators. Will it be a good year? Will the pandemic continue to affect the number of the macaron club? Will there be many losses? Doubts that we will solve tomorrow night.
Good luck to everyone!
