“Only PSN is the most effective way to suppress the spike in dengue cases alert,” he said when contacted by the tribune via telephone, Thursday (11/25/2021).
Edi revealed that there were 33 additional cases of DB in the last month in November 2021.
Especially in the rainy season this will usually greatly affect the increase in cases.
“So we need to appeal to 3 M, namely draining, burying and closing. The point is that environmental cleanliness is the main thing,” he appealed.
Meanwhile, the Head of the Disease Prevention and Management Section of the District Health Office (Dinkes) Blora, Sutik, said the total cases of DHF in Indonesia Blora Until the end of November 2021, it had reached 83 cases.
”In total, there were 83 cases of dengue fever,” he said.
Sutik said that until October 2021 (41st Sunday), the total number of dengue cases in Indonesia Blora there are 50 cases.
A month earlier, namely as of Wednesday (23/9/2021), there were 34 residents Blora infected with a disease that is spread by the Aedes Aegypti mosquito.
“In addition to the dengue cases, at the end of November this year, the number of residents who were indicated to have dengue fever (DD), included in the category of dengue fever but not severe, a number of 152 people. A month ago for this DD case it was 98 people,” he said.
Sutik explained that residents who fall into the dengue fever category are actually the same as DHF, only not severe, and their platelet count has not increased by 20 percent.
