RCA: Mr. Zied Khalifa Zarzour, former CEO of the company LAICO – RCA and the Plazza hotel prohibit leaving the national territory

Bangui, Central African Republic, Sunday, 12 September 2021, 02:35:21 (Corbeaunews-Centrafrique). Former CEO of secular society- RCA and Ledger Plaza hotel, Libyan Zied Khalifa Zarzour, suspected of facilitating the escape of Mr. Amadou Yalo alias Colonel Daz from his cell of the central office for the repression of banditry (OCRB) while he is being sued for undermining the security of the State, is now prohibited to leave the national territory by the Central African justice.

It is in a message dated September 10, 2021 and addressed to border police officers, in particular to the commissioner of Bangui Mpoko airport that the general prosecutor’s office near the Bangui tribunal de grande instance formally suspended the right to leave. Central African territory to Mr. Zied Khalifa Zarzour, former CEO of Laïco-RCA and the Ledger Plazza hotel in Bangui. According to the public prosecutor’s office, the motive which led the public prosecutor to take these measures would be the legal proceedings which are being examined against the person concerned.

let’s remember that Monsieur Zied Khalifa Zarzour has been sacked from his post of CEO of Laïco-RCA since last year. But his departure at the head of this group was only effective last week thanks to the visit of a ministerial delegation to Bangui which was able to meet and discuss with Prime Minister Henri-Marie Dondra and the Head of State Faustin Archange Touadera.

It should be noted in passing that Monsieur Zied Khalifa Zarzour had established his own Colombian-worthy mafia in the country. This mafia had bribed almost all of the Central African authorities. What drove him affirmed to all his entourage that he was appointed special advisor to the Head of State Faustin Archange Touadera, whom he continues to give him special gifts.
