Bundesliga club RB Leipzig should consider loaning young striker Dennis Borkowski (19) to 1. FC Nürnberg.
Leipzig – Bundesliga soccer team RB Leipzig should think about a loan from young striker Dennis Borkowski (19) to the second division club 1. FC Nürnberg.

Several media reported unanimously on Thursday. According to this, the 19-year-old storm talent should switch to Franconia on loan by June 2022.
Borkowski is the current U19 national player in Germany and has made two short appearances in the Bundesliga against Bremen and Cologne this season.
The Leipzig midfielder Tom Krauss (19), who is also on loan until the summer of 2022, is already playing in Nuremberg. Coach Robert Klauß (36) moved from RB to Nuremberg at the end of July.
RB coach Julian Nagelsmann (33) confirmed on Thursday in the press conference before the game against Leverkusen that it would make sense to consider a loan due to the lack of playing time.
The trainer has not yet been able to say whether a decision has already been made.

The South Korean international Hee-chan Hwang (25), on the other hand, is not allowed to leave Leipzig in the current transfer period, according to Nagelsmann.
“If we don’t get two more strikers, it doesn’t make sense at all to give him up,” said the 33-year-old.
Among other things, 1. FC Cologne and Westham United are said to have been interested in the 25-year-old, who has so far only had little working time due to injuries and a corona illness.
The 1. FSV Mainz 05 was also considered a possible candidate for a loan deal (TAG24 reported).
The search for another striker has also been suspended for the time being. “There is simply no player on the European market who fits in and a club would give up,” said Nagelsmann.
For financial reasons, only a loan deal would have been an option for RB anyway. “Nothing will happen again unless someone has a miracle idea,” added Nagelsmann.
