The president, Aurélie Bugeaud, took stock of the year 2022/2023. On the sporting side, Aurélie participated in the La Rochelle Marathon, the Paris eco-trail, the Ultra marin du Gulf of Morbihan and finally the New York Marathon, on November 5 in 5h03. “I have no words to describe this experience. Two million spectators, an unforgettable atmosphere. I knew it would be hard but I achieved my goal, thanks to my coach Laurent Kurtzeman whom I thank. Throughout the marathon, I kept the two balloons with the Combat Doré and Cancer League logos with pride. I have the hope that they were seen by my two stars,” confided Aurélie Bugeaud, referring to her parents, both of whom died of cancer, which is why the marathon runner got involved in this support. to the League.

“Since the creation of the association, we have been able to donate 1,372 euros to the Dordogne League. » The plans for next season are to participate in the town hall Christmas markets, the spring market and organize two belote competitions, continue the online prize pools for the League against Cancer, organize solidarity walks and join associations razacoises for a day of disabled sports.

A soundly managed financial statement

On the sporting side, Aurélie will participate in the Paris Marathon, the Ultra Marin, and the Côte d’Amour Marathon. “I want to clarify that all these sporting projects are in no way financed by Combat Doré. The only sporting and solidarity project that was included in the budget and in the Combat Doré projects from the start was the New York Marathon. »

Magali Hardy, the treasurer, presented the financial report showing sound management. The annual subscription is maintained at 20 euros.
