In the last two, Rayssa ended up falling, but without any scares.
The native of Imperatriz, in Maranhã, secured her second Super Crown title, as she had also won the final stage of last year’s world league, held in Rio de Janeiro. In this edition in São Paulo, Momiji Nishiya, the Japanese Olympic champion, finished in 2nd place and the American Paige Heyn completed the podium in third. Nishiya got 30.6 and Heyn got 28.8.
With this, Brazil increases its dominance in the category, since, before Rayssa, Pâmela Rosa was the champion of the 2019 and 2021 editions. Pâmela also competed in this year’s Super Crown, but did not qualify for the final.
