In the winning match against Columbus, he scored his first of his career.

– It is of course a fantastic feeling. You always want the first goal completed, and I had to run it in a victory, says Raymond and continues:
– It’s easy to play with Larkin and Bertuzzi because they are both fantastic players. It’s an incredible way to start my NHL career.
Yes, for Raymond’s goal was the first in what turned out to be a 4-1 victory for Detroit.
Barely three minutes after Raymond’s goal, he was in the run-up to Tyler Bertuzzi’s 2-0, where Raymond was noted for an assist point, before Columbus reduced in numerical superiority.
