The Cartagena Fire Department responded to the emergency which, according to their report, began around 12:30.
“With 4 cars and 2 tankers, firefighters witness a fire in the roundabout of the La Esperanza neighborhood, carpentry sector,” the relief agency initially said at 4:49 this Friday. He added that the fire “is under control”.
