Actress Raveena Tandon has apologized for liking a post trolling Amitabh Bachchan’s grandson Agastya Nanda and Sridevi’s daughter Khushi Kapoor. Raveena wrote that she unknowingly liked this post while scrolling through social media posts. Raveena liked a post that appeared as ‘Acting is dead here’ criticizing the acting of Agastya and Khushi in The Archies released on Netflix.
After seeing Raveena’s like on the post, there was widespread criticism against Raveena on social media. Critics also reminded that Raveena’s daughter Rasha Thadani is also making her debut in Bollywood soon. With this, Raveena shared a note on social media apologizing for the incident.
“Like came unknowingly, while scrolling it seems like I hit the like button unknowingly. I sincerely apologize for the pain and inconvenience that may have caused,” Raveena noted. Raveena titled the note “Touch Buttons and Social Media”.
The Archies is a film directed by Zoya Akhtar. Amitabh Bachchan’s grandson Agastya Nanda, Shah Rukh Khan’s daughter Suhana Khan and Sridevi’s daughter Khushi Kapoor made their debut with this film. Archies also stars Vendant Raina, Mihir Ahuja, Aditi Dot and Yuvraj Menda. The film, which was released on Netflix on December 7, has received a lot of criticism.
