Ravage after ram raid at a jeweler in Amsterdam-Zuidoost | Inland

The police received a report of a robbery alarm at the jeweler on the Bijlmerplein at 4.30 am. In the search for the perpetrators, officers at Bijlmer ArenA station saw a car with several people driving in it. At the sight of the police, the driver parked the car a little further and ran fast. A warning shot was fired upon his arrest. The police also arrested two other passengers. However, it later turned out that the three had nothing to do with the ram raid, but that they fled because of ignoring the curfew.

The police are looking for witnesses to the ram raid.
