Clubs and consultants sometimes get into violent confrontations when it comes to player transfers, figuratively speaking. However, center forward Raul de Tomas’ agent (27) literally wanted to use force to sell his client to Rayo Vallecano. There is still hope for change.
Raul de Tomas traveled to Madrid independently on Friday to finalize the deal with Rayo. According to what was reported by the Spanish media, the attacker wisely did without his witty advisor, from whom, according to Marca, he will soon separate.
Vallecano would probably be willing to pay € 12 million for De Tomas, a record for the club. The Spaniard once scored 38 goals for Rayo on his two-year loan from Real Madrid to Madrid, with the player and club pushing for a renewed partnership.
With the market already closed, however, De Tomas would be forbidden to play until winter. Apparently not a problem for the still professional Espanyol Barcelona, who has had a fight with his current employer.

Raul de Tomas will be happy that Rayo president Raul Martin Presa is still talking to him after his adviser headbutted him, according to Presa. The club boss later described the agent as a “shit boy”, among other things.
