Runs for the German champions!
Ratiopharm Ulm is currently back in first place on Easycredit Basketball-Bundesliga. On Sunday there was a hard-fought 88:83 victory at the Würzburg Baskets. Forward Karim Jallow (26) was once again one of Ulm’s best shooters with 19 points.
Maybe it was because of his very special preparation…
Jallow had the great honor of inaugurating the new slide world at Donaubad Neu-Ulm. More precisely: the “ratiopharm Ulm Fastbreak turbo slide”. Even Ulm’s mayor Gunter Czisch and mayor Katrin Albsteiger were present.
The political celebrities seemed to inspire Jallow, because the 1.98 meter tall basketball professional threw himself down the slide in a new record time, only needing 9.05 seconds.
No wonder, Jallow is one of the most athletic players in the BBL, and hardly any opponents can stop him, especially in the fast break.
The forward can then demonstrate this strength again on the parquet on Wednesday in the Eurocup away game at Aris Saloniki. Incidentally, things are also going well for Ulm in Europe. The German champions currently have 5 wins and only 2 defeats.
