The allegations are made by Interior Minister Boyko Rashkov about how state funds were drained into schemes through companies that did not even have construction contracts. The Interior Minister also showed photos of complexes built, according to the operative information of the Ministry of Interior, with money for roads.

This did not happen during the current government. “And under the government of a prime minister who is now traveling around the country and is set to rule the country again in the autumn,” Rashkov said.
