In one of his videos on Facebook, with his face washed, sweaty after a good exercise session and with unlimited motivation, he told how he faced his day and the importance of discipline to be able to enjoy those changes that we long for.
“Discipline is about doing what needs to be done even if we don’t feel like it. Before, the perfect excuse for not training in the morning was my schedule that I got up at 3:45 in the morning, ”he explains in this recording at home. Now there is no excuse and she, as a dedicated woman that she is, gives everything in her body workouts that, in some way, also have an effect on her mind and soul.
