The BMW M850i xDrive Coupe First Edition, like that of Haji Isam’s son, is one of the rare cars in the world. Only 400 units of this car were produced, how much does it cost?
The BMW M850i xDrive Coupe First Edition is one of the rare car models. The reason is that this car was only produced in limited quantities, namely 400 units. Production was carried out at the BMW Dingolfing factory in May 2019. Considering the limited quantities, each country seems to have its own quota.
In England, for example, only 10 units are allocated, while in Australia there are only 8 units of the BMW M850i xDrive Coupe First Edition. Indonesia also seems to be one of the countries that gets a share of this luxury coupe. Based on detikOto records, there is only 1 unit of this coupe in Indonesia.
The luxury coupe appears to be owned by Liana Saputri who is the daughter of a businessman from Batulicin, Andi Syamsuddin Arsyad alias Haji Isam. In one of the uploads on her personal Instagram account, Liana uploaded a photo of the limited edition BMW 8 series accompanied by thanks to her friends and BMW Indonesia.
In the interior photo uploaded by Liana in 2019, you can see the words ‘First Edition 1/400’ which refers to the BMW M850i xDrive Coupe First Edition model.
Produced in limited quantities, it’s no surprise that the price tag is so fantastic. Quoting page The Drive, when it first launched in Australia this car was priced from AUD 295,900. If converted into rupiah at the current exchange rate, the price is around IDR 3.03 billion. (1 AUD = 10,243). The price has not been explained yet, not yet the status is on the road.
In Indonesia, the exact price of this special edition car is not known. However, for the regular M850i Coupe version, based on detikOto records when it was launched in 2019, it was offered at a price of IDR 3.479 billion off the road.
Produced in limited quantities, this car carries a specific BMW Individual design. The choice of materials and colors are of high quality. On the exterior, this coupe features a special BMW Individual Frozen Barcelona Blue metallic paint coating which was newly developed and applied for the first time to a BMW car.
Regarding performance, this car has a V8 engine which can produce 530 horsepower and 750 Nm of torque. Acceleration from 0-100 km/hour can be achieved in a short time, namely 3.7 seconds. The top speed of this car reaches 350 km/hour.
