The Cadillac Escalade SUV can hardly be called a classic car, but this particular example, up for sale at Raleigh’s rare car auction, fits that bill. And it’s all about his mileage.
The American all-terrain vehicle rolled off the assembly line in 2011 and during the 12 years of its existence managed to travel less than 600 kilometers.
The car was used as a service car at a local factory and was driven for scanty distances, which directly affected the number on its odometer (367 miles or 590 km).
This is a top-end equipped car, equipped with a 6.2-liter V8 engine coupled with an automatic transmission. The SUV’s arsenal includes: a sunroof, separate captain’s chairs on the second row, 22-inch chrome wheels and even a navigation system.
Judging by the photographs published on the auction website, the car is in excellent condition. Interestingly, the chrome, which is abundant on the exterior of this Escalade, has been preserved quite well, and the interior looks as if the car had just rolled off the production line.
The price of the lot has not yet been announced. The bidding will begin in the coming days and during it, with 100 percent probability, the average price for a car, which in the US on the secondary market is about 12-13 thousand dollars (1 million 130 – 1 million 225 thousand rubles at the current rate), will be outbid. And perhaps even several times.
