Mister You, Younes Latifi of his real name, was therefore arrested while he was taking the plane to go to Morocco. “The execution of this sentence without prior summons is procedural madness, and a shame on a human level in a context where my principal saw the birth of his twins three weeks ago”, reacted to AFP his lawyer , Me Robin Binsard. A sentence adjustment hearing will be held on September 21 in Paris, he added.
