Rapper Lil Wayne hasn’t touched fast food in over 20 years

The performer of the song “A Milli” admitted that he has not even touched fast food in two decades, because he has had his own personal chef since the age of 19.

In a conversation with “Apple Music 1” personality Zane Lowe, the musician explained: “When I was 19 years old, I moved to Miami. My mom is a chef and she was very excited about the move because New Orleans is a crazy place. There was one thing she really wanted me to do – to find a personal chef for myself.”

“Well, from the age of 19 to this day, I have had my own personal chef. I haven’t eaten fast food in ages. I don’t even know what it smells like McDonald’s,” joked the rapper.

Lil Wayne also revealed that he doesn’t stick to a workout regime: “One person I know who can’t do without the gym is Jim Jones. I can’t lift weights. I don’t train.”

When it comes to his place in the music industry, Lil Wayne has stated that he is constantly inspired by other artists.

“There is a moment when you look around and think that you are not sure that anyone will be with you at all on this road. In whatever direction I choose, I always feel inspired.”

“That’s why I never feel alone because I’m always inspired. Inspiration grows and I work with people who love to see growth. I am lucky to have such people by my side. On the previous tour, I went with the group “Blink-182”. I ended up at a country music awards night and touring with Blink-182. There aren’t many rappers who can say they’ve done the same. I am alone at the top of this mountain.”

Lil Wayne started his career in 1995 when he was only 12 years old. He was the youngest artist ever signed to Cash Money Records.
