This image, relating events that took place in the United States, was accompanied by an emoji of two hands that shake and the legend “Well done”.

In two videos posted on his social networks, the rapper tried to defend himself. “I am not homophobic, each for himself, god for all (…) I do not endorse murder at all, nor the gay child, nothing to do, off topic, it is a misunderstanding (…) it should be emphasized that the screen (the screen) the hands which shake, the “well done”, it is not me which marked it “, can we first see (see video above).
In a second filmed sequence, the young man said that he had “expressed badly”, before adding: “I do not endorse the murder. After the gay child frankly … each for himself, god for all, here, there I am on vacation, stop taking my head “.

Following his remarks, and despite his apologies, several festivals very quickly announced the immediate deprogramming of his concerts. This is the case of the We Love Green festival in Paris, the Main Square Festival in Arras, the Garorock in Marmande, the Dour Festival in Belgium, and the VYV Festival in Dijon.

The Garorock festival notably said, in a press release, that it wanted to highlight “artists who share values ​​and principles advocating tolerance and respect for all, far from all discriminatory comments and behavior”.
